Powerhouse Church

Baltimore, Maryland

The vibrant Powerhouse ministry and active youth group had long outgrown their 3,000 sq. ft. environment. They knew they needed more room, but when one architect's plans were way beyond budget, they thought renovation was a lost cause until they connected with Turner Troxell.

We leveraged the former architect's plans for a multi-purpose room and developed an affordable solution without compromising the overall square footage.

Thank you for the wonderful experience during our recent construction project. Our project team was especially sensitive to our budgetary constraints, was clear and consistent in their communication, and produced a pleasing product–functionally, and aesthetically. The quality of their work and the quality of the people at Turner Troxell Company added tremendous value to our congregation.

Being in an inner-city neighborhood, construction took place only inches from our neighbors' homes. I received only compliments from those in the immediate vicinity as to the professional, courteous and friendly contractors and as to the cleanliness of the job site.

The entire staff of Turner Troxell Company went the extra mile in their work. When we had some important questions that arose after regular business hours or on the weekends they were quick to respond; we didn't have to wait until Monday morning to get a resolution to something that we noticed on Friday evening.
