The vision for the White Ludowese family was a comfortable, year-around waterfront home worthy of their stunning property. The property overlooking the water was exquisite, the home a worn out partially renovated shore-home. Turner Troxell worked with the couple and their architect to add a new kitchen, bedroom, bath, and basement areas, and to tie together previously incomplete renovated areas perfectly with the new.

The wintertime building schedule was completed on time, while the owners were away on extensive travels. This was possible due to a partnership built on trust, and great communication between Turner Troxell and this globally mobile couple.

The renovation and addition of living and bath spaces and heating system have resulted in a dramatic and stunning water front residence. The additional space offers room to showcase the owner's eclectic design and global collection of furniture.
